Founded in 1994, Shanghai Owen VM & Spray Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred as OWEN) with 600 employees specializes in coating & assembling the surface of the plastic products. With all anti-dust workshops , OWEN locates in Jiading District, near freeway A30 , occupying almost 10000 square meters .
OWEN holds 10 automatic coating & assembling lines,1 of which being UV lines,12 standing two-door automatic vacuum coating machines, as well as gilding printer and one laser trademark printer imported from Italy. Four standard depurated workshops, spray workshop of 10 000 standard are applied in new factory. One of line is designed as the standard of SUMSUNG, totally 245 length. For the plastic products, such as ABS, AS, PC, PP, polishing UV cover, dimming surface, bedecking color, replicating rubber, coating color metal and also making vacuum coating, replicating gold and silver, dimming gold and silver, sprinkling color pearls, gilding gold & silver and laser with various.
OWEN ornaments the surface of cosmetics, thermos, electronic products, computers and mobile phones, tools and toys, gifts and lamps & lanterns, auto-parts and clocks & watches, 90％ of which sent to Europe and USA, Japan and Mid-East. Our clients are L�REAL, AVON, SHISEIDO, KOSE, MENARD, ESTEELAUDER, MaryKay, AMORE, AUPRES, CD, BIOTHERM, MAYBELLINE, YUE-SAL，NB，TAJIMA，KM，WAN SHENG，NISSAN and so on. In the same trade we are high reputed for our excellent product performance , the steady-going quality, the reasonable price as well as the delivery on schedule.
OWEN has a Certificate of Quality Management System approved by ISO9001( Britain SGS) with the perfect quality system and 20 percent QC operators. We carefully check the production of each product and test all products to leave factory，meanwhile permanently trail after our products. The material we imported is in high security , approved by SGS.
